Responsibilities Of Intern:

  • The person in this role will work closely with network leads to bring together and engage network members and ensure they are aligned.
  • They will also help verify membership for various communities and groups.
  • Keep the membership dashboard updated.
  • Respond to staff inquiries about membership data.
  • They will facilitate the exchange of information between members and CIVICUS projects
  • Assist with updating membership materials, and support administrative tasks and reporting as required.
  • They will also help organize learning exchanges.
  • Provide project and reporting support,
  • Assist with the election process for the Membership Advisory Group.
  • Additionally, they will help set up the application process for the 2024 fund.

Abilities and Expertise:

  • The ideal candidate should have knowledge or experience in international development, networks, and/or membership-based organizations.
  • They should also have an interest in participatory grant-making. Moreover, be committed to CIVICUS’s vision, mission, values, and ways of working.
