This is a Fully Funded Fellowships for international students. The Fellowship will cover all the Expenditures of students. Furthermore, details of the Fellowship is given below:

  • Duke University and the University of North Carolina, Durham and Chapel Hill, USA.


Applications require a CV, Academic and/or Professional Recommendations, Essays, Result Card, Social impact Plan (certificate only), and test scores (Master’s only). Moreover, all Materials must be in English.

Eligibility Criteria:

For Master Degree Program:

  • Candidates should be Proficient in English
  • Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree
  • Students should have a strong commitment to cross-cultural understanding and peace as shown through professional and academic achievements and personal or community service
  • Should have potential for Leadership
  • Must have at least three years of full-time experience in the field of peace or development.
  • Applicants are not eligible if you are an active Rotary member, employee of a Rotary club, Rotary International, or other Rotary entity.

For Certificate Program:

  • Should be proficient in English
  • Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree
  • Should have a strong commitment to cross-cultural understanding and peace as shown through professional. Furthermore, academic achievements and personal or community service
  • Must have demonstrate leadership skills
  • He should be able to explain how their plan to promote peace aligns with Rotary’s mission
  • Applicants for Makerere University: Either be from the region or currently working in the region.
